§ 1 DEFINITIONS

Work Days -Mondays to Fridays, except for holidays.

Account -governed by a separate regulation, free of charge functionality of the Store (electronically supplied service), which allows the Buyer to set up an individual Account in the Shop.

Consumer -Consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code provisions.

Shoppers-any buyer in the Store.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. For the proper functioning of the Shop, you need:

device with Internet access

a web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.

2. For placing an order in the Shop, in addition to the requirements set out in the paragraph. 1, an active e-mail account is required.

§ 4 SHOPPING IN STORE

1. The prices of the goods displayed in the Shop are the total prices for the goods, including VAT.

2. The Seller points out that the total price of the order is indicated in the Shop: the price for the goods and, if applicable, the costs of delivery of the goods.

3. You must add the selected merchandise to a shopping cart in the Store.

4. Then, the Buyer chooses from the Store: how the goods are delivered and the method of payment for the order, and gives the data necessary to fulfill the complex order.

5. The order is placed at the moment of confirmation of the contents and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Buyer.

6. Placing an order is the same with the conclusion of a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.

7. The Seller shall provide the Consumer with a confirmation of the conclusion of the contract of sale on a durable medium at the latest at the time of delivery.

8. A shopper can register with the Shop ie. install the account in it or make purchases without registration by providing your data on any possible order.

§ 5 PAYMENTS

1. You can pay for a complex order:

a. A regular transfer to the Seller's bank account.

b With the payment card:

2. The contract is to be paid within 1 business day after placing the order.

3. The Seller informs that in the case of certain methods of payment, due to their specificity, payment of the order this method is possible only immediately after placing an order.

4. Shoppers making purchases in the Shop accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The purchaser has the right to withdraw his acceptance.

§ 6 ORDER FULFILLMENT

1. The seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.

2. The date of completion of the contract is indicated in the Shop, in the case of terms longer than 14 days, the buyer will be informed by email or by telephone after that.

3. In the event that the Buyer has selected the payment in advance for the order, the Seller will proceed to the execution of the order after its payment.

4. Where, under one order, the Buyer has purchased the goods at different dates of execution, the contract will be completed within the time limit applicable to the goods with the longest date of delivery.

6. The goods purchased in the Shop are provided depending on the method of delivery that the Buyer has chosen:

a. Through a courier company

7. The buyer can pick up the goods in person in the company's branch during the opening hours. (ul. Bukowińska 24C, 02-703 Warsaw)

8. In the case of the Buyer's choice of personal reception, the goods will be ready to receive within the indicated time limit of the performance of the order, and in the case when the Seller indicated the deadline for sending the goods-within that time limit.

§ 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The Consumer has the right to depart from the contract concluded with the Seller through the Shop, subject to § 8 of the Rules of Procedure, within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of:

a. In which the consumer came into possession of the goods or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer entered into possession of this commodity.

b In which the consumer came into possession of the last of the goods or in which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the

Consumer, entered into possession of the last of the items in the contract that obliges you to transfer ownership of many items that are delivered separately.

c In the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content, from the date of conclusion of the agreement.

3. In order for the Consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must inform the Seller, using the data given in § 2 of the Rules of Procedure, of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or information provided by e-mail).

4. The consumer may use the form of withdrawal form from the contract at the end of the Rules of Procedure, but this is not mandatory.

5. In order to keep the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient that the consumer will send information concerning the exercise of his right of withdrawal from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL EFFECTS

6. In the case of withdrawal from the concluded agreement, the Seller shall return to the Consumer all the payments received from him, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the manner chosen by the Consumer chosen by the manner of delivery other than the cheapest usual way of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

7. A refund of the Seller shall be made using the same means of payment as the Consumer used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to another solution, in each case the Consumer will not bear any fees in relation to this return.

8. The seller may refrain from paying the payment until receipt of the goods or until the time of delivery of the proof of his/her return, whichever is the earlier.

9. The seller asks for the return of the goods to the address: ul. Bukowińska 24C/7, 02-703 Warsaw immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The time limit shall be retained if the consumer sends the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

11. The consumer shall be liable only for reducing the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

12. If the goods by their nature cannot be returned in ordinary mail mode, the Consumer will also have to incur the direct costs of returning the goods. At the estimated amount of these costs, the Consumer will be informed by the Seller in the description of the goods in the Shop or when placing an order.

13. In the event of the need to refund the funds for the transaction made by the Buyer's payment card, the Seller will make a refund to the bank account assigned to this payment card.

§ 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The right of withdrawal from a distance contract shall not be granted to the consumer in relation to the contract:

a. in which the benefit is not prefabricated, manufactured according to the Consumer specification, or serving to satisfy its individualized needs.

b in which the subject of the benefit is a quick deterioration or a short term of use.

c. in which the subject of the benefit is provided in a sealed package, which cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons after opening the package, if the packaging is opened after delivery.

d in which the subject of the provision is the things which, having delivered, by their very nature, are inseparable from other things.

e. in which the subject of the provision is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

F o provision of journals, periodicals or periodicals, except for a subscription agreement.

g. in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader does not control, and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

h. to provide digital content that is not stored on the material medium if the performance of the benefit commenced with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing it by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right of withdrawal.

§ 9 COMPLAINTS

1. In the event of a defect, the Buyer shall have the possibility to advertise the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or warranty regulated in the Civil Code, if the guarantee has been granted.

2. Using the Purchaser's voucher, may, on the basis and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:

a. Make a statement about the price reduction.

b On a significant weight-a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

c To demand an exchange of things to free from defects.

d Request the removal of a defect.

3. The Seller is asking for a voucher to be submitted on the basis of a voucher to the postal or electronic address indicated in § 2 of the Rules of Procedure.

4. If it turns out that for the consideration of the complaint it is necessary to provide the advertised goods to the Seller's Seller is

5. If the product has been granted additional warranty, information about it, and its terms and conditions, is available in the product description in the Store.

6. Complaints about the Store action should be directed to the e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Rules of Procedure.

7. The consideration of the advertisement by the Seller will take place within 14 days.

EXTRAJUDICIAL WAYS TO HANDLE CLAIMS AND CLAIM CLAIMS

8. In the event that the complaint is not expected by the consumer of the result, the Consumer may use, among other things, the following:

a. the mediation of the Regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspectorate, to which the request for mediation should be requested. As a rule, the procedure is free of charge. The list of Inspectorates is available here: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq595.

b the aid of a competent field of the fixed amicable consumer court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which the application for consideration of the case before the amicable court is to be lodged. c. free city help or a district consumer spokesperson.

§ 10 PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of the personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Store is the Seller.

2. The personal data of the Buyer is processed mainly on the basis of the contract and for its implementation, according to the rules set out in

General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR). Detailed information about the data processing by the Seller contains the privacy policy posted in the Store.

§ 11 RESERVATIONS

1. The provision by the Buyer of unlawful content is prohibited.

2. Each time the store is placed in the Shop, the order is a separate sales contract and requires a separate acceptance of the Regulations. The contract shall be concluded on time and for the execution of the contract.

3. Contracts concluded pursuant to this Regulation shall be concluded in Polish.

4. Nothing in this Regulation shall exclude or restrict to any extent the rights of consumers arising from the provisions of the law.

5. The provisions on goods and sales contracts shall apply mutatis mutandis to digital content and to the content delivery agreement

digital, unless the Terms and Conditions specify these issues separately.

§ 12 PROVISIONS FOR NON-CONSUMER SHOPPERS

1. The right of withdrawal from a distance contract shall not be granted to an entity other than the consumer.

2. Any liability of the Seller to the Buyer Non-consumer shall be excluded.

3. In the event of a possible dispute with the Buyer who is not a consumer, the competent court shall be the competent court for the place of establishment
